Utilizing Certent's Disclosure Management Filing Wizard, you will create a complete SEC filing package, go through the process of test filing, and create an EDGARized version of the document.

 

Building an XBRL TaxonomyDictionary-like XBRL classifications that describe the context of data in financial statements and business documents.

Utilizing Certent's Disclosure Management, learn how to build your own taxonomy including entity and entry points, calendars, top level groups, and DEI to complete an SEC-approved XBRL taxonomy.
