Add Exhibit Number

You may like to add the exhibit number to the top, right of each exhibit in bold.

The number can be placed either at the top of the document text on the first page, or in the document header. If placed in the header, be sure to use appropriate header/footer settings so it only appears on the first page and in the first section.
