The signature dates appear as though they may not match each other or the intended filing date. As you finalize document content, remember to review all signature dates and update if necessary.

Dates to Review

Common places to check for updated dates may include:

• Signature page of main form (10-Q, 10-K, or 8-K)
• Consent of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm (Exhibit 23.1)
• Power of Attorney (Exhibit 24.1 or on 10-K signature page)
• Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm (may have more than one) or other dated reports
• Certification exhibits (Exhibits 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, 32.2, etc.)
