The signature names appear as though they may not match each other. As you finalize document content, remember to review all signatures and titles, and update if appropriate.

Signatures to Review

Common places to check for correct signatures may include:

• Signature page of main form (10-Q, 10-K, or 8-K)
• Power of Attorney (Exhibit 24.1 or on 10-K signature page)
• Certification exhibits (Exhibits 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, 32.2, etc.)

Remember to also review for names and titles mentioned in paragraph text, particularly in the certification exhibits.
