Inconsistent Bookmark Placement

The placement of the bookmarks used in the table of contents hyperlinks may be inconsistent. If the bookmark is placed at the very front of the paragraph and word, clicking on the hyperlink in the table of contents may navigate to the bottom of the previous page. Move the bookmark to after the first word in the heading to correct the issue, as shown in the video.
