Repeat Header Rows

The Word table feature Repeat Header Rows is not supported in HTML/ iXBRL output. The header row will show only on the first page, of the table, rather than all pages. These steps refer to native Word tables, rather than Table CrossLinks.

To set the headers up so they will show in HTML:

  1. Click in the table, in the repeated header. On the Table Tools: Layout ribbon, click Repeat Header Rows to turn the feature off.
  2. Split the table into separate tables for each page. Add a header row to the top of each.
  3. Review the output in HTML/ iXBRL.
