Release Overview
The Certent Disclosure Management (DM) platform January 2018 update includes additional IFRS TaxonomyDictionary-like XBRL classifications that describe the context of data in financial statements and business documents. support improvements, the latest SEC validation and rendering, SSO support improvements, as well as back-end enhancements for future support of iXBRL and Project Cirrus, Certent’s next generation platform.
Taxonomy
- Added logging to the DM add-in that can be activated at the report level to monitor.
- Resolved an issue that resulted in unused hypercubes affecting the rendering of line items and abstracts in XBRLExtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard for defining and exchanging business and financial performance information..
IFRS Taxonomy
- Resolved an issue that would prohibit users from applying XBRL numeric tags to decimal type elements.
- Fixed further issues that resulted in XBRL rendering of IFRS taxonomies to not reflect the correct preferred label role.
Co-registrant Support for Emerging Growth Companies
- Added support for emerging growth status designation per co-registrant for multi-registrant filers.
Other
- Enhanced SSO support capabilities on the DM platform.
- Implemented security enhancements to the DM platform.
- Resolved an issue for users on Windows 7 Office 2016 that resulted in reports launching a blank document.
- Resolved an issue that resulted in a missing taxonomy file prompt in Filing Wizard.
