Release Overview

User Stories

  • Inline HTML preview uses Inline’s HTML engine:
  • Update table styles to have default text alignment:
    • When a user generates Inline XBRL with a table, the table has a style attribute with text-align: left.
    • Arelle® is including a styling package (CSS) that overrides the default style of certain HTML elements (table/p tags). They did not do this with their original viewer, so we did not explicitly code the HTML to have the default styling, which resulted in tables with center alignment to have line items center-aligned as opposed to left-aligned in the Arelle® viewer.
  • Decimal item type support:
  • Remove 64-bit office from preview flag:
    • All users will be able to launch and use the software using 32- and 64-bit Office. Previously, only users who requested 64-bit Office preview enabled would be able to launch the software using 64-bit Office.
  • Workaround Arelle for footnote and fact IDs:
    • Users want to be able to review an Arelle® rendering and be confident that they are not mis-matching facts with other facts. There was an issue with Arelle® and footnote and fact IDs where an integer was used. We have updated the IDs to be a GUID instead.
  • Update Get Started button URL:
  • Implement workaround for SyncFusion bug (DM Designer does not load properly - Black Pane) until they fix it with a new release.
