Transform value error: missing leading digit

Cause of error
There is no leading digit before the decimal point and there needs to be for the value to have the applicable transformation.
For example, .01 needs to have a 0 before the decimal point, 0.01, for the ix:numdotdecimal transformation.
Resolution of error
In the report insert a leading digit before the decimal point.
