Cause

The taxonomyDictionary-like XBRL classifications that describe the context of data in financial statements and business documents. has the element appearing twice in the same Top Level Group and using the same Preferred Label Role for both.

If the same element is used twice in a roll-forward table, such as the equity statement, the two elements for beginning and ending balances will need to use different labels (PeriodStartLabel and PeriodEndLabel). If these two different labels are used, the error will be cleared.

Solution

  1. Locate the element in the Top Level Group from the SECValidationError.
  2. With the taxonomy checked out, right click on the element that should be removed and then click Delete.
