Missing Border in Dollar Sign Column

Some rows may be missing borders in the dollar sign column, compared with the values column. For a consistent look in the table, add the borders into the Excel table and then update the table CrossLink (see Update CrossLinks).

If the border does not show up after updating the table, verify that the table is set to Source formatting (see Source/Destination Formatting).
