Blank Page in HTML

Blank pages may appear in the HTML, which may not correspond to blank pages in the Word report. This may also cause page numbers to mis-match between Word and HTML.

Note: This may differ depending on the machine used to create the HTML, so should be reviewed on the same user account and machine that will be used for filing. If the issue is not present there, no adjustment is needed.
