EDGAR Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for submitting filings by direct transmission to the EDGARElectronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR), is a SEC system used by public companies to transmit filings of annual and quarterly reports and other disclosures. system are 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) weekdays, excluding Federal holidays. The EDGAR system is not in operation on weekends.
