Release Overview

IFRS Support

  • Labels: When users modify or import IFRS taxonomies, “en” label roles are converted to “en-US” label roles to comply with the SEC; validation has been created to cover the new scenarios.
  • Hypercube (dimension) support: hypercube taxonomy structures are no longer required for IFRS taxonomies, except when the tagging context uses dimensions.
  • Taxonomies that include IFRS elements can now be imported from filing packages, and can use Save As functionality.

Taxonomy Updates

  • With support of the IFRS Taxonomy, hypercube taxonomy structures are no longer required for US-GAAP taxonomies, except when the tagging context uses dimensions.
  • Users can now build hypercube taxonomy structures manually, without the use of Insert Default Reporting Elements.
  • Show Me from the Taxonomy pane now provides users with the ability to quickly identify where extensible lists and typed dimension elements have been applied in the document.
  • Extensible lists can now be deleted through the DM Designer panel > Review pane.
