Release Overview
The Certent Disclosure Management (DM) Platform June 2019 update includes support for the EDGARElectronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR), is a SEC system used by public companies to transmit filings of annual and quarterly reports and other disclosures. Includes support of five new SEC transformations related to new SEC requirements to expand iXBRL data on cover page information:

2019 DEI Taxonomy
- When a user upgrades from an extension taxonomy utilizing the 2018 US GAAP taxonomy to 2019 US GAAP taxonomy, the 2019 DEI taxonomy will be available.
- If an extension taxonomy is already utilizing the 2019 US GAAP taxonomy, there will be a new option called Review Taxonomy URLs, which allows you to modify the referenced DEI taxonomy from 2018 to 2019.
Miscellaneous bug fixes and features
- Resolved an issue where updating all CrossLinks would introduce a false positive occurrence of a disassociated section and a red X would appear next to each report section.
- We added more handling for value decorators (commas, semicolons, periods) at the beginning and/or ending of XBRLExtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard for defining and exchanging business and financial performance information. values for iXBRL generation.
