Solution 1: Required Elements in DEI Top Level Group

Confirm all the required elements are in the top level group 00090 - Document - Document and Entity Information. See Document, Entity and Cover Page Elements on Cover Page iXBRL.

Solution 2: Check Current Period DEI

Confirm the current period DEI is correct. This information typically needs to be updated every quarter.

  1. On the Disclosure Management ribbon, click Report, then Report Properties.

  2. On the DEI tab, verify or update all information.

Solution 3: Check DEI for the Entity

Confirm the static DEI for the entity is correct. This information may not need updating every quarter.

  1. On the Disclosure Management ribbon, click Report, then Entities, then Manage Entities.

  2. Scroll down to the company name and click on Entity.
  3. Verify or update all information, then click Close.
