New SEC rules require cover page tagging for 8-Ks, and additional tagging on the cover page for forms 10-Q, 10-K, 20-F, and 40-F.

8-K XBRL Tagging

8-K iXBRL set-up and tagging is available as an add-on to your existing premium or platinum service level. Please reach out to your XBRLExtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard for defining and exchanging business and financial performance information. accountant or Customer Success Manager for more information. Detailed tagging information is intended for use only by existing self-service clients.

Phase-In

The 8-K cover page tagging is required for 8-Ks following the first required 10-Q iXBRL filing (see Inline XBRL (iXBRL) for the phase-in schedule).

Taxonomy

The required tags are available in the 2020 DEI TaxonomyDictionary-like XBRL classifications that describe the context of data in financial statements and business documents., either by converting to 2020 (see Taxonomy Conversion) or by using Review Taxonomy URLs if you are already on the 2020 US-GAAP taxonomy.
