8-K XBRL Tagging

8-K iXBRL set-up and tagging is available as an add-on to your existing premium or platinum service level. Please reach out to your XBRLExtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard for defining and exchanging business and financial performance information. accountant or Customer Success Manager for more information. Rolling Forward

To roll forward your 8-K while preserving its iXBRL tagging:

1. Copy Project
2. Rename Report for the new period or filing
3. Open and check out the new report.
4. On the Disclosure Management ribbon, click on Report > Report Properties.
5. In the Report Properties window, click on the DEI tab.
6. Update the fields for Document Period End Date and Required Context: Start Date and End Date for the new report period, then click OK.
   
7. On the Disclosure Management ribbon, click Find/Replace, then Calendar.
8. Set the replacement calendar, then click Update.
   
9. Click Apply, then Close.
10. Review the iXBRL output.
