Inline XBRL (iXBRL)

The new inline XBRLExtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is an XML-based standard for defining and exchanging business and financial performance information. (iXBRL) format displays filings in a new viewer which overlays the tags onto the source document itself. This format allows easier review and use of XBRL information, compared with the traditional format of viewing the HTML source document separately from a rendering of the XBRL output.
