Hyperlink Uses "https:"

In the exhibit index, a hyperlink to a previously filed exhibit may not show up as a hyperlink in HTML if it links directly a secure page on the SEC (addresses that begin with "https"). Direct hyperlinks to secure pages are not allowed in EDGARElectronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR), is a SEC system used by public companies to transmit filings of annual and quarterly reports and other disclosures.; instead, the hyperlink link must point to the normal address ("http"), which will redirect to the secure page automatically when visited.

Correcting the Hyperlink Address

To correct the hyperlink:

1. In your report, right click on the hyperlink, then select Edit Hyperlink.
2. In the Address field, delete the "s" from “https”.
   
   
3. Click OK.
4. Preview the HTML and verify that the hyperlink is working correctly.
