Small Hard Returns

Your report may have extra white space in Word and/or HTML from having unnecessary 1pt hard returns. To see the hard returns and other formatting marks in Word, use Show Formatting Marks.

Where a content section ends with a table, small, 1 pt hard returns may appear above or below it. Remove these hard returns, and then adjust the end of the content section as described in the video Tables Not Banding (start at 0:45).
