Attachments
Use the Attachments window to browse for and attach required files or exhibits.
Skip this section if there are no attachments required for this filing.
Attachments must comply with the SEC EDGARElectronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR), is a SEC system used by public companies to transmit filings of annual and quarterly reports and other disclosures. rules for file types.
The five types of attachments and their approved file types:

To convert a Word document to HTML (recommended approach):
- Create a New Report
- Click the report to launch it in Microsoft Word
- See Preview HTML to view and save the report in HTML format
To convert a Word document to Plain Text:
- Select the Save As… option from the File menu in Word
- Choose the Plain Text option from the Save as type
- Click Save
Note: plain text (.txt.) files must contain 80 characters or fewer. You can have as many lines as you need but the total character count cannot exceed 80 characters, per SEC guidelines.
To attach a file:
- Click the Browse button to locate the item to attach and click Open
- Select the approved type of file from the drop-down menu
- Enter a description of the attachment (optional) and click Add. The file name, file type, and description are listed in the table at the bottom of the window:
To remove an attachment, highlight it in the list and click Remove. Click OK in the message window to confirm deletion of the selected attachment or Cancel to keep the attachment.
