Changing the Fiscal Year End in EDGAR

To change the fiscal year end for your company:

1. Visit the EDGAR website https://www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/.
2. Log in using your company CIK and password.
3. In the left panel, click Retrieve/Edit Data.
   
   
4. Log in again using your CIK and CCC, then click Continue.
   
5. Click Retrieve Company Information.
   
   
   
6. At the bottom of the page, click Edit Company Information.
   
   
7. In the second section of Filer Information, update Fiscal Year End (MM/DD).
   
   
8. Click Submit Changes.
