Save Operation Error

You may see this message when saving or checking in your Certent DM Word report:

The Save operation has failed. Your work has not been saved. The error is... If the issue is still present within a few minutes, please call support.

If you receive this message, please leave your report open and:

Check your internet connection and DM Server Connection Status, and then retry.
On the Disclosure Management ribbon, click Report, and then Update Design Elements, then retry.
