Assign Users
Reporting Managers can assign users to and remove users from specific projects, reports, and sections. To change global access, see Manage Users.
Change user access
- On the Projects Page of the Disclosure Management Console (DMC), select the project, report or section to which you want to assign a user.
- Click on the cog next to the item, then select Assign Users.
- Select the checkbox next to the user name to grant access, or deselect the box to remove access. Click Done.
User assignments
Changing access to a project changes the access to reports within it; changing access to a report changes the access to sections within it.
Access granted
Access granted to some of the next level down; adjust access at the lower level
Access not granted
Default settings
Default access can be adjusted from Manage Users.
