Reporting Manager
Assigning a Reporting Manager
One or more users in your company must be designated as a Reporting Manager, in addition to their assigned User Roles. The company administrator can request to add or change Reporting Managers by emailing Certent Support (Contact Us).
Controlling User Access
The Reporting Manager has access to all projects. On the Manage Users page, the Reporting Manager can change other users to have access only to items that are specified, and then assign them to projects, reports, or sections using Assign Users.
Document Management Functions
The Reporting Manager also has access to all document management commands in the Disclosure Management Console (DMC), detailed below. From the Manage Archive page, the Reporting Manager can restore or permanently delete archived items.

In addition to assigning roles for each user, each company must designate at least one user to be the Reporting Manager. The reporting manager has access to the highest level of document management functions in the DMC. This includes being able to rename, copy, archive, and move. Reporting managers can also control access for other users. By default, they will have access to all projects in the company. On the Manage Users page, they can set other users to not have global access, and then assign them specifically to reports, projects, and sections using Assign Users. Reporting Managers also have access to the Manage Archive page, where items can be permanently deleted or restored.
