Save Report As

Save Report As was previously named Save Folio As and was used to perform the roll-forward process. Instead use the Copy Report and Copy Project features as part of Certent's streamlined Roll-Forward process.

Before using Save Report As:

  1. Communicate with the user who has the report or sections checked out
  2. Consider using Force Release to make the sections available (or work with your company administrator to do so)
  3. Contact Us if the user has left the company

Appropriate Uses

The Save Report As feature allows you to save a copy of a report in the same project only for special cases:

  • Making a copy of a report that is Review Only (Copy Report cannot be used when Review Only)
  • When directed by Support

Save Report As

If you are currently working in the report, save your changes if desired, then follow the steps below.

  1. In the DM Word report, click the File ribbon, then Save Report As

  1. In the Save window, enter the new Report Name, then click Save

  1. In the Certent DM Comments window, select whether to Keep Comments, or Erase Comments for the new report
  2. The new report opens in DM Word, checked out to you. Check in the report, then refresh the DMCThe Disclosure Management Console (DMC) is the browser-based part of the DM platform used to create and manage projects and reports. page and use Move Report to move it to a different project if needed

User Access

The Save Report As functionality is available to the Reporting Manager and users with full access to the report.
