Manage Users

The Reporting Manager assigns access to all users, by default or at the project, report, and section level. Contact Us to assign a Reporting Manager.

Default User Access

To assign global, default access:

  1. In the Disclosure Management Console (DMC), click Manage, then Users.


  2. In the Default Project/ Report Access column, select All or Specify.
  • All grants access to all items by default.
  • Specify allows Reporting Managers to Assign Users to specific projects, reports or sections from the Projects page.
    Default Project/Report Acess> All
  1. In the Project/Report Access window, check the box to Unassign from (or Assign to) existing Projects and Reports. Click Submit.

User Access

Only Reporting Managers have access to the Manage menu. The Manage menu is grayed out for other users.
