Internet Explorer 11

Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 11 is the preferred browser for using the Disclosure Management Console (DMC). Previous versions of Microsoft IE are no longer supported. Microsoft Edge (available with Microsoft Windows 10) is in the process of being certified.

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox can be used for all native DMC functionality, however Microsoft IE is needed to open a report in DM WordDisclosure Management platform for Microsoft Word, DM Excel or DM PowerPoint.

Google Chrome

You may use Chrome to launch DM reports, if you install the Meta4 Click Once Launcher from the Google Chrome Web Store. Without this, the download and installation occurs every time a report is launched, and may result in a double log-in or a blank report opening. If a blank Word report opens, click File > Open to navigate to another report.
