Requirements in a Proxy Server Environment

These security settings are needed to protect confidential financial data that is sent across an internet connection for the Certent-based URLs, listed above. For security purposes, all data, at rest and in transit, is encrypted. The process includes identifying the sender and receiver of the information.

When used in a proxy server environment, these ports and URLs must be allowed:

* Only required if using Single Sign-On (SSO) for access.

** These third-party sites are related to accessing/ processing XBRL information. Certent does not control the content of these sites. If XBRL is not applicable, these sites can be ignored.

Administrator Access

Administrator rights must be used the first time Certent Disclosure Management (DM) is launched on a computer. Administrator rights are not required for subsequent Disclosure Management launches, even if there are new updates to install.
