Installation Steps

Follow the steps below to set up and install Certent Disclosure Management (DM) for a new user:

  1. Email your Customer Success Manager to add or change Users.
  2. When your username is set up, support@certent.com sends you two emails, an installation guide and a password reset email.

    If you do not receive these automatically generated emails, check your Junk folder and verify that your IT team whitelists emails from certent.com.
  3. Share the Installation Requirements with your IT team, to ensure you have the required components and trusted domains set up. Work with them to complete the remaining steps, which require local administrator access.
  4. Log in using Internet Explorer (see Internet Browser Support).
  5. On the Projects Page of the Disclosure Management Console (DMC), click on the name of a report to launch DM Word. Launching the first time verifies required components, and downloads and installs the latest version of the add-in.
  6. Verify that Word launches with the additional Disclosure Management ribbon and that the report is not blank. Contact Us for additional assistance.
