When Your EDGAR Password is Expired

Self-filers must have a current EDGARElectronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR), is a SEC system used by public companies to transmit filings of annual and quarterly reports and other disclosures. password. • Before your password expires (or during the ten-day grace period), change it as described in Update EDGAR Password.

If your password is expired and the grace period has ended:

• If you have your passphrase, follow the steps in Generate New EDGAR Access Codes to reset your CCC, password, and PMACThe Password Modification Authorization Code (PMAC) is used to change your EDGAR password..
• If you do not have your passphrase:
  1. Request a new passphrase, using the steps in Update Your Passphrase . This requires that you print the page, have it notarized, and then upload a scanned PDF.
  2. Once you have the new passphrase, you can use it to reset your credentials (other than the CIK which does not change), using Generate New EDGAR Access Codes.
