Changing EDGAR Contact Information

To change contact information:

  1. Visit the EDGAR website https://www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/.
  2. Log in using CIK and password.
  3. In the left panel, click Retrieve/Edit Data.

  4. Log in again using your CIK and CCC, then click Continue.
  5. Click Retrieve Company Information.


  6. Review the current information. At the bottom of the page, click Edit Company Information.

  7. Enter your updated contact information into the appropriate fields, then click Submit Changes.
