DisclosureNet Free Trial and Alerts

New DisclosureNet 90-day free trial for DM users and refined dashboard alert panel:

  • When clicking on an alert from the panel, DisclosureNet now loads without requiring login, since the user’s session is already authenticated
  • Users now experience streamlined free trial access to the system through April 10th that can be accessed via the panel
  • If a user has access to DisclosureNet, but has yet to set up alerts, then the system will provide a reminder and streamline access to setting up alerts

DMC Files Versioning Enhancement

Files, with the exception of filing bundles, now function with improved versioning capabilities:

  • When you only have one version of a file (unique name and file type) on the DMC the experience hasn’t changed
  • When uploading a file, if a file of the same type with the same name exists, then the system will prompt the user whether to overwrite the original file and preserve the previous version or cancel to rename before uploading
  • When multiple versions exist, the primary will be displayed with a chevron to expand the previous versions in reverse chronological order
  • All existing file functionality is retained for the main file copy
  • Older versions have two functions available:
    • Make Head Revision replaces the main file with that version, while the main file is then versioned
    • Download
  • Archiving or restoring the main file also affects all previous versions

Filing bundles will now display a timestamp.

When copying a report, the system will now provide a single activity for the action, rather than an activity for the Report and each section.
